Information Submitted by Users
When you submit information through any form, telephone call, text message, email, or other interaction with the Site, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You further authorize Company to use, store, analyze, transfer, share, sell, or otherwise distribute that information to licensed insurance agents, marketing partners, service providers, affiliated entities, technology vendors, and other third parties for purposes that include responding to your inquiry, marketing relevant services, or facilitating consumer-provider connections. Submission of information through the Site does not establish an agent-client, broker-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship between you and Company.
